A fantastic Victorian 15ct gold Paperclip Albert chain with T-bar and extender.

The chunky chain has large paperclip links alternating with simple belcher links.

The chain fastens with two chunky 15ct gold dog clips at the back.

As well as the T-bar, this chain has a cool extender with a 15ct gold bolt ring at the end which is perfect for adding charms and pendants.

The chain is already a really great wearable length. This could be increase by adding the extender into the main chain (a jeweller would need to do this).

Every link is hallmarked for 15ct gold with the mark 15:625.

The main ring at the centre has a partial Birmingham hallmark, and a date letter that corresponds with 1878!

The Tbar is also hallmarked for 15ct gold and has the makers mark B&S.

The chain is in fantastic condition.

It looks so ‘en vogue’ when worn, either on its own or with a bunch of other chains.

Bracelets & Bangles:

How your bracelet fits is a personal preference.
To check your preferred size, wrap a tape measure loosely around your wrist to the tightness you would like your bracelet to fit.
From the end of the tape measure to the point where it crosses the tape is your desired bracelet length.
Please compare this to the measurements specified on each of our bracelet product pages.
Note, some bracelets are adjustable – this will be mentioned in the description.
Note, if a bangle does not have an opening, you must select one that will pass over your fist.

JEWELLERY CARE

Antique Jewellery should be taken care of during wear.

Cleaning and repairs should be carried out by an antique jewellery specialist.

We recommend removing pieces of jewellery before washing hands or showering, as water can damage the antique settings.

Some pieces are not recommended for everyday wear

The Old Cut guarantees the piece up until the new customer receives the item.

Any stones that are lost or damaged during wear are not covered by The Old Cut. These will be charged for replacement, we can of course help find a suitable jeweller to support repairs.
