A charming and rare Victorian circular locket with a 15ct gold frame.

The glass locket hangs from a gorgeous Turquoise set bail, and has a blue Pansy flower at the centre.

The flower has tiny black enamel markings on the petals that appear to look like a Pansy - which means ‘Think of me / you’ in French, however, the colour being Turquoise blue could allude to a ‘forget me not flower’

Either way this locket likely started out as a love or friendship token.

The locket opens smoothly from the base and closes securely with a click.

The combination of the yellow gold and blue accents is so pretty.

These lockets are usually plain so to have the Turquoise bail and central flower makes this piece completely unique

Bracelets & Bangles:

How your bracelet fits is a personal preference.
To check your preferred size, wrap a tape measure loosely around your wrist to the tightness you would like your bracelet to fit.
From the end of the tape measure to the point where it crosses the tape is your desired bracelet length.
Please compare this to the measurements specified on each of our bracelet product pages.
Note, some bracelets are adjustable – this will be mentioned in the description.
Note, if a bangle does not have an opening, you must select one that will pass over your fist.

The measurement will be in cm and inches.
We recommend you place a tape around your neck to see where the chain will sit.

JEWELLERY CARE

Antique Jewellery should be taken care of during wear.

Cleaning and repairs should be carried out by an antique jewellery specialist.

We recommend removing pieces of jewellery before washing hands or showering, as water can damage the antique settings.

Some pieces are not recommended for everyday wear

The Old Cut guarantees the piece up until the new customer receives the item.

Any stones that are lost or damaged during wear are not covered by The Old Cut. These will be charged for replacement, we can of course help find a suitable jeweller to support repairs.
